- Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand and use the Tiffany touch in all client interactions.
- Communicate effectively and serve as a brand ambassador.
- Develop client relationships and exceed sales plan.
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Take action on client feedback and TEI performance.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College/university degree preferred.
- Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
