The Manager is an NPC whose sole purpose is telling the player about the current state of the Legendary Sword Dealer, and is essential for purchasing all three of the swords sold by the Legendary Sword Dealer (that being Shisui, Saddi, and Wando, which cost 2,000,000 each), which can be later assembled into the True Triple Katana (if the player has 300 mastery on all of them and 2,000,000). To buy the True Triple Katana, you need 8,000,000 in total.
Note: You can purchase the swords immediately upon joining the server without talking to the Manager.

Dialogue[]
The Dealer only spawns at a certain interval which can be checked by talking to the Manager. The Manager will give the player different dialogues depending on how much time is left before the dealer spawns.
Each of the Manager's dialogues are stated down below.
Dialogue | Description |
---|---|
The player has not completed the Colosseum Quest yet. | |
The player just joined the server, and needs to wait 10 minutes before they can speak to him. This is to prevent server-hopping. | |
It's around 4 hours left until the Dealer spawns. | |
It's around 1 hour and 15 minutes left until the Dealer spawns. (NOT recommended to server hop) | |
15 minutes till the Dealer spawns. (Don't server hop.) | |
The Dealer has spawned. You have 15 minutes to find him and buy his sword. Keep in mind, if you don't find him, it probably means someone else took it before you, or the time ran out. | |
The Legendary Sword Dealer has left. He takes 30 minutes to reset to the first dialogue. He will respawn in 3 hours. |
Please note that these timings are estimated timings and are not exact under any circ*mstances. They may vary within 15 minutes.
Tips[]
- Server hopping is recommended until reaching the message "A man in here earlier ..", which means there is 1 hour and 15 minutes left or less. You will lose 10 minutes every time you hop but statistically, this will be favourable. This is because the whole cycle takes 5 hours and 15 minutes. You have roughly a chance of 1 out of 4 to find the state above in a random server. You have a 44% chance of finding a server in this state after two hops, 58% after three hops, and 69% after four hops. Every hop takes 10 minutes of waiting, so considering starting with a 3 hour wait you have at least 9 hops before wasting time. More than 9 hops to find a server in this state has a risk of 7.5%. If you find a server in the second state "Some pirates say .," you will still benefit from hopping as this will be beneficial in roughly 7 out of 10 cases.
- Finding a server with no exploiters is recommended because an exploiter can automatically buy a sword from the Legendary Sword Dealer, thus, despawning the Legendary Sword Dealer.
- Look in the Legendary Sword Dealer spawns before checking with the manager when server hopping, as the dealer may have already spawned.
- Asking people in the Café may not be recommended even though they may have been in the server for at least 10 minutes because those who are also trying to get the Legendary Sword Dealer may state a different dialogue so that you will server hop, and they can get the sword easier.
- Be aware of people camping the manager, as they might try to get the sword too.
- Upon joining a Private Servers, after waiting for 10 minutes, talking to him will always say "Meh, he left not too long ago" until the server has aged 30 minutes.
