1 cup hara chana (green chick peas) , soaked and boiled
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

- Sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.

- Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add salt to taste.

- Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add 2 tsp lemon juice.
- Add 2 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania).
- Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.

I have always eaten this chaat when i was a kid on the streets of Mumbai...It is very chatpatta and great to serve for chaat parties...
