Hi,
I recently dropped my MacBook and everything seems to be working fine. I can use it and there aren't any scratches at all. I am more worried if anything inside is broken.

If the laptop is working, then it is probably fine. The glass & LCD Panel tend to be the most fragile items when an impact is involved. The corners of the display also seem to get bent a lot in the laptops I repair. Just make sure if the corner of the Display is bent, that it does not bind at the back hinge area when opening & closing the lid. Plus if the front corners are bent, it can prevent the lid from closing all the way which can make it easier to crack the display when any pressure is put on the uneven fitting display and it may prevent the laptop from staying in sleep/hibernation mode.
